Terms of service.

AWYKN sells graphic tees and long sleeves. This site is operated by us, and ordering through it forms a contract between you and AWYKN on these terms.

Use it normally and we will never have a problem. Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape wholesale, or gain unauthorised access to the site or anything behind it.

We photograph the garments as honestly as we can, but screens vary and printed colour will never match a backlit display exactly. Slight variation between the image and the garment is normal and is not a fault. Because each piece is printed to order, small differences in print placement between individual garments are also normal.

Drop 001 is a limited run. If something sells through we would rather move to the next drop than reprint forever, so availability can end without notice.

Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and can change at any time before an order is placed. A price change never applies retroactively to an order we have already confirmed.

Adding something to your bag is not an order. Your order is an offer to buy, and the contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. Until then we may decline an order — for example if an item has sold out, a price was listed in error, or we cannot deliver to your address.

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.

Everything is made to order, so once production starts we cannot undo it. If you need to change a size or address, or cancel outright, email us immediately and we will do it if the order has not gone into production.

All sales are final: we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for a size that did not fit as you hoped. If an order arrives damaged, misprinted or is not what you ordered, we replace or refund it in full — email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. The full policy is on the shipping and returns page, and none of it affects your statutory rights for faulty goods.

The AWYKN name, logo, and every graphic printed on the garments belong to us. Buying a tee buys you the tee.

You are welcome to photograph what you own and post it anywhere you like. You may not reproduce the artwork on your own merchandise, commercially or otherwise.

The site is provided as it is. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability we are not legally permitted to limit - including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms as the business changes. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. The date at the top shows the current version.
