Privacy policy.

Very little, and none of it by accident.

• What you type in to place an order: name, delivery address, email and contact details. We need these to make and send your order, and to email you about it.
• Your email address on its own, if you submit it to the drop signup.
• Your bag contents, stored in your own browser under the key awykn-cart-v1. This never leaves your device and we cannot read it.
• Standard server and analytics data such as page requests, approximate region, browser and referring link. This is aggregate traffic information, not a profile of you.

No card numbers. Payment is handled by Shopify, our payment provider, and your card details go to them and never to us. We only ever see that an order was paid for.

No date of birth, no marketing profile built about you. There is nothing to sign up for beyond the mailing list.

We do not buy personal data from anyone, and we do not sell, rent or trade yours. There is no advertising pixel selling your visit onward.

Your bag is kept in local storage so it survives a refresh. It is functional, not tracking, and clearing your browser data removes it permanently.

Any analytics cookie set is used to count visits, not to follow you around other websites.

Order details are used to produce, pack and deliver your order, and are shared with the people who have to be involved: our payment provider, the print and fulfilment partner who makes the garment, and the carrier who delivers it. Nobody else.

Email addresses given to the drop signup are used for one thing: telling you about drops, restocks and releases. Not resold, not passed to a partner, not used for anything you did not ask for.

Traffic data is used to understand which pages people actually read, so the site gets better.

Order records are kept as long as we are required to for tax and accounting purposes, then deleted. Mailing list entries are kept until you unsubscribe.

You can ask us what we hold on you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted outright. Email us and we will do it, and we will not make you justify the request.

Every marketing email will carry a one-click unsubscribe. Using it removes you from the list rather than pausing you.

If what we collect or who we share it with changes, this page changes with it. The date at the top tells you when it last did.
