Everything is cut relaxed through the body and shoulder, and we recommend sizing up. Go one size up for a comfortable relaxed fit, two or three sizes up if you want it properly baggy. Between sizes, always take the bigger one.
Sizes run S to 2XL on most styles, with 3XL on the Cigarette tee and XS on Creator. Not sure? Email us before you order and we will talk you through it.
Midweight combed cotton with a soft face that holds the print without going stiff. Heavy enough to keep its shape, light enough to wear all year. Exact composition is listed on each product page.
Every piece is made to order rather than pulled off a shelf, so allow a few working days for production before it ships. You will get a dispatch email with tracking the moment it leaves.
Delivery time after that depends on where you are. If you need it by a specific date, email us first and we will tell you honestly whether it will make it.
Check for the dispatch email — it has your tracking link. If it has been longer than you expected and nothing has landed, email us with your order number and we will chase it.
Enter your address at checkout and it will show you whether we can reach you and what shipping costs. Any customs duty or import tax is set by your country and is payable by you — we cannot calculate or absorb it.
All sales are final. Because each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for a size that did not fit the way you hoped — which is exactly why the sizing guidance above matters, and why we would rather answer a question before you order.
The exception is our mistake. See below.
We fix it, no argument. If your order turns up damaged, misprinted, or simply is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we replace or refund it in full at no cost to you. No restocking fee — it was our mistake, not yours.
Email us as fast as you can. If it has not gone into production yet we can usually change the size or address, or cancel it outright. Once it is printed we cannot undo it. Double-check your address before you confirm — a parcel returned because of a wrong address can be reshipped, but the postage is chargeable.
Wash cold, inside out, with similar colours. Tumble dry low and do not iron directly over the artwork. Skip the bleach.
Yes. Our designs are limited runs. If something sells through we may not print it again, so treat a favourite as worth grabbing early.
Sometimes, but we do not promise it. Join the email list at the bottom of any page — restocks and new drops go out there first.
